Complete the Agreement below along with Payment

The Undersigned, herein after known as Client, hereby appoints and authorizes PURE BUSINESS CAPITAL as their Consultant, to find a Lender/Investor and to help submit financial data and information supplied by the Client for the purpose of obtaining funding for Client with terms and conditions of said funding that are acceptable to Client.

Client hereby agrees to pay Consultant a non-refundable application fee of $125.00 for the time and expenses involved in appraising the feasibility of Client’s funding requirements. This processing fee shall be credited to the Client in full toward Consultant’s commission that Client shall pay to Consultant, only if and when funding is approved and funds are received by the Client.

Client hereby agrees to pay Consultant a fee of 2.0% of the principal amount of the financing obtained, which shall be due and payable by Certified Funds upon Client’s receipt of funds at the closing. The Client is hereby requesting the funding amount entered below, in unsecured business capital and is solely based on the merits of the submitted project. 

If the funding is not closed due to refusal or failure on the part of the CLIENT to go forward after he/she has accepted a commitment from a lender, the fee is immediately due and payable in full.

Further consideration to Consultant, Client agrees not to obtain funding from Lenders/Investors supplied by Consultant, either directly or through third parties, without prior written consent of Consultant, for a period of 180 days from the date of this Agreement except through Consultant and that a separate agreement shall be required for these services.

Client understands and hereby agrees that there is no guarantee that said application can be successfully placed or that a commitment will be issued by the Lenders/Investors. Consultant is an Independent Consultant, and is not authorized to make any financial commitments on behalf of any Lender/Investor.

This agreement shall not be binding or become effective until and unless accepted by Client. 

*THESE PRIVATE INVESTOR STRATEGIES AND ASSOCIATED FEES ARE ONLY AFTER CLIENT IS UNABLE TO FIND A SUITABLE FUNDING OFFER FROM PRIVATE BUSINESS CAPITAL AND THEIR PUBLIC PARTNERS.
